With years in the construction industry, Jed seized the chance to join his uncle Ron's company, steering it towards expansion in Cleveland. Unafraid of big challenges, quick to learn, and fueled by an unmatched enthusiasm for client projects, Jed played a pivotal role in Fenestram's swift establishment. His vision for greatness is evident, and we're confident he'll achieve it.
VP of Commercial Sales
Mike has been with NWD since 2002. He was at Ohio State working towards his degree in business when his father hired him to handle some sales and service work with his new company. Since then, he has sold an extensive list of projects around the US. His understanding of commercial and historic requirements is deep and impressive.
VP of Residential Sales
Scott has been with NWD since 2002. While in college, a requirement for an internship came up and his girlfriend at the time recommended that he talk to her father, Ron. He started part time work and serviced one main account with both sales and service. His meticulous, nearly obsessive, nature makes him the perfect salesman for many clients in central Ohio. Ask any of his customers and they will tell you that he will make it happen.
CEO
Justin has been with NWD since 2003. Originally hired for part-time delivery work before going to his other job, he was eventually asked to give service a try as they were looking to hire a full-time tech. After spending 7 years as the service technician, he was moved into the office to handle inside sales and accounting tasks. His experience in a vast number of roles helps to make him effective in understanding and improving each area of our business leading him to his current role.
